"EDUCATION SUPPORT DAY"

Today, we celebrate our wonderful Education Support Staff at Box Hill North. As a community we are all very grateful for the work our ES staff do to help make our school a safe and inclusive learning environment. The Prep-6 students have excitedly prepared gifts and cards for the Education Support staff throughout the week, to show their appreciation, and were happy to present these to our ES team at a celebratory morning tea this morning. From all of us at Box Hill North, THANK YOU ES!

SOLVING WORDED MATHS PROBLEMS

Our 3/4s are using different strategies to solve worded Maths problems.  This photo shows our problems, different strategies we can use and our students work.  The 3/4 teachers are eager to work tomorrow with Pete Sanders, our maths guru, to continue this awesome work with students!
