Foundation Assembly

On Friday 3rd of May, our Foundation students celebrated 50 day's of school! 

They looked at pictures of different things from the 1950's and discussed how things have changed. Our Foundation student learned that there were no mobile phones or TV remote controls, the pictures on a TV were black and white and music was on records and you needed a record player to listen to them.

Our Foundation students also learned that people would dance to 'Rock and Roll' music and to play tribute to this, they performed their own 'Rock and Roll' dance at our whole-school assembly on Monday 6th of May. 

It was wonderful to see so many of our Foundation families attend them assembly and celebrate such an exciting milestone in their children's schooling.
