🌈🌈 The Colour Fun Run is THIS Friday!!

From 2pm on the school oval.

Final days to reach your fundraising goal!!  Compass reminders will be sent later in the week regarding the day and how to claim your child’s prizes!! Congratulations to the top 3 classes so far!

Parents are welcome to come and watch their child at the allocated time slots (please refer to the Compass notice sent this week for all the details).

If any parents would like to get involved in assisting the teachers facilitate the event please reach out to the office, and wear appropriate clothing :)

Prize Ordering:- Parents will be able to select their children’s prizes from tomorrow morning (online) until 31 May 2024, please note that all families can continue to fundraise up until that date. This will be handy for students who have not yet reached their fundraising target. All parents who have signed up to the School Fun Run website will be notified via email instructions to order prizes through their online profile page. During the prize order window, parents can log in to update or edit their child’s class name and prize order.  They can also get last minute donations. 

🎪 MPS CARNIVAL 🎡 

The kids are getting excited, a Carnival you say! Yes at Murrumbeena Primary School in August, there will be rides, music and performances, all sorts of lovely things to buy, fairy floss and lots of fun to be had with family & friends! Come on down!

During June billboard signage will go up around the neighbourhood promoting the Carnival, please help by spreading the word and creating a buzz! 

A hard copy of the donations flyer below should have made it home with your child, thank you to everyone who has already provided pre-loved good and donations 🧡

There will be a bunch of activities and jobs to do before and during the Carnival, a sign up sheet will be shared soon!  We have some particular specialist volunteer roles needed such as Event Coordinator, First Aid Officer and Electrician, as well as some stall/area leads, if any of these sound like something you can do, please let either the office or your class rep know and we’ll be in touch!
