Prep SV Learning

This week has been a week of movement in Prep SV! While exploring the topic of location in numeracy, we have been learning about positional language while reading Where is Rosie’s Chick? by Pat Hutchins. We have followed Rosie’s journey looking for her baby chick underneath, behind and around various parts of the farm.

We then moved onto directional language and got to practice what we’ve been learning with the Beebots! Using arrows and our directional vocabulary, we paired up and helped each other to make the Beebots follow a series of directions.
