Red Shield Appeal

EMC's annual Red Shield Appeal Door Knock on Saturday was a resounding success! With 88 enthusiastic participants, including students, staff, their children, and friends, the day was filled with energy and community spirit. Bindana led the charge with 29 participants, closely followed by Allinga with 27, Myamba with 11, and Kurunda with 7.

 A special mention goes to classes A83 and B73 for their amazing effort, with 9 students from each class joining in the cause.

In terms of fundraising prowess, Allingas’ Sharlah, Isabella, Ruby and Asa shone bright, raising an impressive $256, as well as our  dedicated School Captains who raised $260—earning them a well-deserved tie for first place. 

Together, our collective efforts resulted in an astounding $3358.45 raised, setting a new school record!

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Ciro, Casey, Chelsea, and Sarah for their invaluable support throughout the day—it truly made a difference.

We also extend our gratitude to our Captains Ben, Cayden, Tara, and Jack for attending and helping on the day.

All participating students will receive Certificates and Thrive points.

We look forward to what we can do in 2025.
