Parent Complaint Policy: This policy outlines the school’s process should you have any concerns or feedback to share.

For classroom incidents, where appropriate, please work with the classroom teacher in the first instance. Be assured that at BBPS, our teachers work closely with the leadership team to keep them informed, and to unpack and confirm appropriate actions and follow through processes, as reflected in our BBPS Wellbeing Support Plan. 

Child Safe Standards Policy Review and Feedback

BBPS is committed to the Child Safe standards, and ensuring that every child feels safe and protected. 

As part of our review cycle, the following policies have recently been reviewed. We value your feedback! Only minor edits have taken place as all processes and details remain relevant to statewide mandatory standards, as well as our context.
