Principals' Message

Thank you everyone for your patience and flexibility whilst the ramping program is taking place. These works will continue around the school for the next few weeks and into the school holidays. Student safety is our top priority so please continue to check Compass for regular updates on which areas may be closed off.

NAPLAN 2025

Over the past fortnight, our Year 3 and Year 5 students successfully completed their NAPLAN testing. NAPLAN assesses student knowledge and skills in writing, reading, conventions of language (spelling, grammar, and punctuation), and numeracy. As the only national assessment undertaken by all Australian students across states and territories, it provides parents and carers with valuable insight into their child's progress against national standards.

We are incredibly proud of our students for their focus, perseverance, and resilience throughout the testing period. Their dedication and positive attitude were truly commendable!

UNITING

Uniting has partnered with Donvale Primary School to support families through the Family Wellbeing Program. This program offers:

• Practical parenting support
• Connections to support services
• NDIS assistance
• Individual and group-based support
• Parent and carer peer support groups
• Educational sessions

Appointments are available at home or within the community.

The Family Wellbeing Program are running the following group programs in Term 2:
