Communication

Thank you to the parents/carers who have been making contact regarding a variety of matters already. This is greatly appreciated and has assisted with the smooth start up to the year.

Boarding parents/carers please continue to keep using REACH and email communication as you have been. Day student parents/carers are asked to make sure that when appointments are known in advance and you are collecting your child, that you email/contact the College to advise of pick-up time, and movement details etc. This assists the College greatly with its processes of attendance and tracking student movements. Compass Parent Portal

All parents will have received a ‘News Feed’ via Compass in relation to changes to the parent sign in requirements to the Compass Parent Portal and App. Please check your Compass News Feed for the details. For your reference, attached below is the document that was a part of the News Feed.

Student Behaviour and Expectations

Unfortunately, this week the College has had to impose some sanctions on individual students and different groups of students because of unacceptable behaviour at recess and lunchtime breaks. This has been disappointing. 

Students are reminded that their behaviour should not negatively impact on another student and their s right to live work and learn in a positive and safe environment at the College.

I would like to think and trust that this is only a small blip on the radar at the start of the term.

I thank parents for their ongoing support of the College’s expectations and students for their positive behaviour.
