It has been yet another busy week in Residence. Here’s a little snippet of what our boarders have been up to….

Last weekend our students that chose to stay onsite were lucky enough to attend the Tom Curtain Outback Experience show at the Boar Swamp Camp Draft Grounds in Pinjarra. Feedback received was that the show was great and well suited for our “Aggie” boarders.  

The rest of the weekend was filled with an always popular trip to Eaton Fair. On Saturday night students cooked a sausage sizzle onsite and spent some time relaxing. A sleep in for some on Sunday, watching movies, playing pool, shooting a few hoops of basketball, some enjoyed a walk to Equine/Beef and just enjoying our amazing facilities all the while being spoilt by our fabulous kitchen staff. A short trip into Harvey in the afternoon on Sunday finished off the weekend.

On Sunday our Student Councillors departed for the leadership camp and returned on Tuesday afternoon. I am quite jealous of the trip they had; it looked to be a wonderful experience for our student leaders.

This week some students enjoyed some time doing art and craft with Mel. Many of the students have had after school sports running and there have been some start working on their fitness for upcoming sports. A town trip to Harvey has been a popular choice as well as an outing to the town gym.

Just a reminder for parents that the REACH leave requests are required to be done by the students. If they are having issues with their login, they can have a chat with staff and we can sort it out for them or do a leave on their behalf.

We are looking forward to this weekend's long awaited Busselton Camp. Please be aware for students that are not attending the camp and returning to school on Sunday that it must be after 3.30pm as the school will be unattended.

Dorm Challenge - Week 2
