Dear Parents & Carers,
We hope you are all keeping well as the weather begins to cool down! As we settle into the school year, we have a few important reminders and updates to share with you.
Class Contact List & Class Parent Expressions of Interest
If you haven’t already, please complete the class contact list form via the QR code or use this link:

This form also serves as an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the role of class parent. The class parent plays an essential role in building connections within the class and will receive support from Yeddi, our P&C Class Parent Coordinator, throughout the year.
Expressions of interest close this Sunday, 23 February, so we encourage you to submit your form as soon as possible. The earlier we have a class parent volunteer, the sooner a class chat group can be set up — providing valuable communication and support for parents and carers throughout the year. Even if you are unable to take on the class parent role, filling out the form helps ensure your class group is set up efficiently.
Upcoming P&C Meeting – 25 February 2025
Our first P&C monthly meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday, 25 February 2025, at 7:30 PM via Zoom. We encourage all parents and carers to attend. Please register in advance here:

You don't need to be a P&C member to join our monthly meeting but you need to be one to be able to vote on our meeting motions (e.g. funding decisions). The annual membership fee is $1.50 for a single member, or $2.50 if a couple wish to register together
