CHESS CLUB

On Friday 24th June, we wrapped up our term long chess tournament with a nail-biting finish. Our contestants battled it out in six rounds playing rapid chess with 10 minutes per side.

First place came down to tie breakers at 4 wins each with Sheung H. (Kagen) Y 7S1 seeking out first place. In addition to the glory, he wins a $10 canteen voucher. Well done!

An admirable second place was taken out by Olin Y.   901, third was Jithendra (Jitho) J.  901 and finally in fourth place was Lucas L. of 7M1. Each of these players leaves with a $5 canteen voucher. Congratulations!

Well done to all of our contestants who participated. We hope to see you and more people next time!
