MPS CARNIVAL **IN 23 DAYS**

 With 3 weeks to go I hope you all received a copy of the paper copy newsletter last week, and have marked the day! Saturday 17 August 11am-5pm.

If you have not received a copy of the carnival newsletter there are still some at the office, along with copies for the colouring in comp! Due by 9 August *Remember to include child’s name & class! 

Posters & Promotion! 

Spread the word! By all means possible :) with your family and friend, colleagues,

Social media to promote the event and to make it a huge success, we need people there!

We have spare Carnival posters at the office, if you can put them up in your local areas, coffee shops, sporting venues, community Centres, kindergartens, IGA etc! 

Carnival Volunteers 

Overall we are looking pretty good for volunteers which is amazing! However a few positions still need filling.

• Face painters (no experience needed/training provided)
• Hot Chips stall (Frying chips)
• Packing up  
• Stage MC 

Talent Quest!

Keep an eye out for details coming soon, there will be a Murrumbeena’s Got Talent Quest, with those selected to perform on the carnival main stage!

Donations

Attention all bakers! 

Start thinking about what you can make for the ever famous and sought out cake stall! Items required at school on Friday 16 August. 

FATHER’S DAY 2024, 29th August 6pm 

Murrumbeena Park Bowls Club, invites have been shared via Compass, tickets can be purchased on Qkr! For $30.

The Fundraising & Social Committee, and Carnival Working Party
