Exciting Upgrades to Our School Library!

We are thrilled to announce that our school library has recently undergone a complete transformation! After months of diligent work and meticulous planning, our library is now equipped with all-new modern furniture and features designed to enhance your learning and reading experience.

The new furniture includes comfortable seating areas, ergonomic study tables, and innovative shelving units that make browsing for books easier and more enjoyable. We've also installed a state-of-the-art research station where students can access digital resources and multiple study corals for students to work on their assignments. Our goal was to create a welcoming and dynamic environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students.

This incredible upgrade would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of many individuals. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the school administration, the library staff, and the ES and student volunteers who devoted countless hours to this project. Your support and efforts have made our vision a reality, and we are deeply grateful.

We invite all students and staff to come and explore the new library. Whether you are looking for a quiet place to study, a cozy spot to read, or access to the latest technology, our library is here to support your academic journey. Thank you for being a part of our vibrant school community!

In other exciting news, we are proud to celebrate the achievements of our very own student chess champion, Mihindi Adimali Kankanamge of Year 8. At the recent school assembly, Mihindi was awarded a special badge in recognition of her outstanding skills and accomplishments in chess. Her dedication, strategic thinking, and perseverance have set a wonderful example for her peers. Congratulations, Mihindi, on this well-deserved honour!
