Calling all Mini-Makers!

Are you, or do you know a young person who knits, crochets, makes jewellery, designs figurines out of clay or wood, makes games or books?

The City of Whittlesea is seeking Expressions of Interest from the young makers and creators (aged 9-14) who would be interested in having a stall at our Mini-Makers Market in August.

Not only will these young entrepreneurs get to have a stall at the Market, but they will also get to take part in a planning day during the July school holidays where they will learn about all that’s involved in creating products, packing them, marketing and selling their creations.

Expressions of Interest close on 25th June or once all spaces have been filled.

  • All products must be made by the young person or have been significantly altered or personalised
  • No food items can be sold, and a grading system will be used to select successful stall holders
  • Parental/Guardian consent is required, and a responsible adult must be present at both events.

Please email us to receive the Expression of Interest Form and to seek any further information: eastcommunitydevelopment@whittlesea.vic.gov.au
