Prayer

Dear Jesus

Here I am, back at school, 

not only ready to learn new subjects

but to grow in my love for You.

Open my eyes, my ears and my heart,

to listen and learn from my teachers

as they share the words of Your Gospel

and the teachings of the Church.

Help me to be the best student and person I can be, 

teaching out to others as You did, 

and being a good example to all I meet.

Let me receive Your blessing now 

and throughout this new Term.
