Employee Wellbeing Support Services

From the commencement of Term 2, there will be new Employee Wellbeing Support Services and in light of the matters addressed in the newsletter, these are welcomed initiatives and supports. 

 

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will be replaced by the Employee Wellbeing Support Services and delivered by a new provider, Converge International.  Employees who have sessions booked with the current EAP service provider will still be able to access up to 4 free counselling sessions up to 15 June 2024. 

 

There are 8 new service offerings including coaching for people matters, career development, financial wellbeing, personal legal matters and family advice just to name a few. A full suite of the available services was announced via the DE School Update yesterday and is available here (log in required).
