Predict: A prediction is a statement that someone makes about what they think is going to happen

Have your child use their independent reading books or the story ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’ to make predictions about what they are going to read (before), what is going to happen next whilst reading (during) and what might come next, the next time that they read (after).
