The fine print:

• The winner of this incredible prize will only pay for the marketing costs and a flat agency sales fee of ~ $2,000 when they sell their property.

• BigginScott will waive their standard agency commission of approximately 1.5%!!

• The savings for a prospective vendor are significant. For example: 

- For a $500k property ~ $6,000 saving

- For a $1m property ~ $13,500 saving

- For a $2m property ~ $28,500 saving 

- For a $3m property ~ $43,500 saving

• The winner of this silent auction prize will need to pay within 30 days of the date the auction closing date (23rd November, 2024).
