Bakers Shop

Bakers shop students have been working through their Birthday Cake design brief and practicing techniques with different products to incorporate into their design.

The have completed piping filagree with chocolate, colouring and piping with butter cream, using sprinkles and sugar crystals, making ganache and chocolate drip and colouring and shaping fondant icing. All students have now cooked their butter cakes in preparation to decorate next lesson.
