Assistant Principals' Report

Dear HPS Community,

It has been a great week at HPS culminating in celebrating our teaching staff for World Teacher's Day on Friday 25th October.

Today at lunch break we shared a lovely array of food offerings (pies, hot dogs, chips, dips, fruit and cheese Etc. Yum!) to celebrate our fabulous teaching staff at HPS. 

In recognition of our wonderful teaching staff we interviewed a few students on what they love about their teacher.

We like Mr S because he is great at expressing what he needs us to do, he gives us brain breaks, he is patient and nice, he gives us second chances and he is kind. By Charlie, Yamma, Max and Hunter

We like Miss Tino because she rewards us for the work we do, explains the whole task, gives us sticker charts and lets us work with her at the jelly bean table. By Lucie, Zainab, Heather and Rose

We like Mrs Squire and Miss Ellie because they are kind, helpful, they are funny and sometimes we play games. By Penelope and Emily M

We like Mr Grisdale because he is really kind, he is really nice, he talks in funny different voices and he lets us cash in our Dojos every week. By Frankie and Lucia

We like Mrs Phillips because she is nice and helpful. By Angus and Aliya
