Employee Wellbeing Support Services

https://portal.converge-online.com/

The Employee Wellbeing Support Services, accessible through Converge International, play a crucial role in supporting the mental, emotional, and overall wellbeing of DET staff. These services are designed to provide confidential counseling, guidance, and assistance for a range of personal and work-related challenges. Prioritizing staff wellbeing is essential in creating a positive work environment, reducing stress, and enhancing overall job performance. The resources offered through this service are a valuable tool for promoting a healthy and supportive workplace culture.

WorkSafe conducts verification checks in schools to ensure compliance with OHS regulations and maintain a safe environment for staff and students. These checks assess safety standards, risk management, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting practices. They also help identify areas for improvement, promoting a culture of safety across the school.
