Arts Administration Officer
Full Time Ongoing position commencing 28 April 2025 (or by negotiation)
The Arts Administration Officer performs a range of administrative tasks to support staff and students within the Arts Department and to facilitate an environment for the delivery of Arts education programs, co-curricular and extra-curricular events. Administrative duties within The Arts Department include the management of the instrumental program, assisting with the organisation of Music and Drama based special events and assisting with co-curricular and extracurricular programs.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills and demonstrate a keen interest in the fields of Music, Drama and Visual Art within an educational setting. The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday during school terms only, that is 40 weeks per year.
On appointment, the successful applicant will require a current Working with Children Check and a Western Australia Department of Education National Police History Check (NPHC).
