VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Mother's Day stall (Thursday 8th May) needs volunteers from 9am till 11am.
Muffins for Mum (Friday 9th May) needs volunteers from 7.00 - 9.00am
Trivia Night (Saturday 21st June) - if anyone is interested in helping organise before the event or help setup on the night.

MOTHER'S DAY STALL
On Thursday 8th of May the Parents and Friend's will be holding the Mother's Day stall where the students will be able to choose that perfect gift for mum. Gifts will be $5 each and students can purchase 1 gift each. Siblings will be choosing their gifts together to not double up on presents. Please click the link below to purchase your tickets.
MUFFINS FOR MUM
On Friday 9th May the Parents and Friend's will be hosting's a Mother's Day Muffins for Mum morning. We invite all our Mum's to come along from 7.30am for a hot drink and a muffin. Gluten Free options are available. Cost for this event is $5.00 per muffin or Gluten Free option.
Pitt St Coffee Van will be on-site to get your coffee or you can get an instant coffee at the Canteen window.

PARENTS & FRIENDS MEETING
The next meeting of the Parents & Friends 11th June @ 7pm at school. Come along to meet new Parents and help plan our upcoming events.
SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL
Meetings are once a term. Next meeting is Wednesday 21st May @ 7pm at school.
The Advisory Council is a consultative body that supports the Principal by providing feedback from the broader school community and facilitating parent and local community participation. It plays a key role in strategic planning, school improvement, and supporting the Vision and Catholic Identity of the school in collaboration with the parish. The Council offers input on child safeguarding, educational outcomes, and resource stewardship, encourages parent/carer engagement, and serves as a channel for communication between the school community and the CESL Executive and Board.

This year our Trivia Night will be held in Ted's Shed. You are welcome to book a table or to come along on your own to have a great night of laughter and trivia. Orders must be placed online via Flexischools by 9:00am Thursday. Counter sales are cash only and are limited supply each week.
VOLUNTEERS:
This year we are looking for volunteers for the following times:
Thursdays (as needed) | 9:00am - 11:00am | 3 Volunteers |
Fridays | 9:00am - 12noon | 2 Volunteers |
10:30am - 12noon | 1 Volunteer | |
1:30pm - 2:30pm | 2 Volunteers |
Please note, all volunteers must check in at the school office to sign in and must provide a copy of their WCC or VIT card and other necessary volunteer paperwork. Volunteers will be requested to complete a short questionnaire before their shift to comply with new food safety requirements. This can be done at home or at the start of the shift.
