Pevan and Sarah

The Foundation students had an incredible time at the Pevan and Sarah concert yesterday in Geelong. The children got the chance to sing and dance and have “an absolute blast”. Even Mrs Newton and Maci were lucky enough to be selected to go on stage with Pevan and Sarah! Well done to everyone involved.

Ned Resilience Show

Tomorrow, Wednesday 15th October, the whole school will participate in the Ned Resilience Show. The Ned show is a character education program that centre around three important messages that have lifelong relevance. Ned is a loveable cartoon character whose name is an acronym for Never give up, encourage others, and Do your best.

As part of the experience, students will have the option to purchase a yoyo (details in flyer handed to students last w, correct money required) – one of the tools used in the show to reinforce the key messages. Please note, there is no obligation whatsoever to purchase – it’s simply an optional opportunity for those who choose to.

To avoid disruption to learning and to ensure fairness for all students, yoyos will not be used during school hours.
