This term we continue to shine a spotlight on our school value of Respect—what it looks like, why it matters, and how every student can live it. Respect is more than good manners; it’s about how we speak, listen, treat others, and care for our environment. When students embody respect, they create safer, kinder, and more connected classrooms.
Well done to our SRC Captains, who have this term introduced our whole school mantra, “When Respect shows, Kindness grows.”
And to the SRC, who have been working hard to define clear, shared expectations around respectful behaviours to guide our community.
Stay tuned to future newsletter entries as we share their work, and unpack the varied ways that we can show respect to each other at BBPS.
Please see our recently reviewed Statement of Values and Philosophy, which reflects this ongoing work and commitment. POLICY LINK
