CLASS PRAYER

Year 2 had their class prayer last Thursday 14 May and we talked about Pentecost, the time when Jesus promised to send us his helper, the Holy Spirit. 

All students came home with a Come Holy Spirit prayer card which parents may use to pray with their children or have your child tell you all about this special helper Jesus sent. 

ST AIDAN'S PLAYGROUP SESSIONS

We are delighted to see our playgroup attendees grow every week. The children enjoy a story, activities and best of all, look forward to playing with their new found friends at playgroup while the parents and carers get to catch up too on a weekly basis. 

If you know anyone who would benefit from this gathering, invite them to come to our playgroup which happens during school term on a Thursday from9:00-10:30am at the Parish Hall.

HOLY FAMILY PARISH - CHILDREN'S LITURGY

Did you know that Holy Family parish has a Children’s Liturgy every first Sunday of the month at 9.30am? 

The parish children’s liturgy team teaches the Gospel in such a way that children love it. Help your children grow in faith as they reflect on the message of God’s word. Mark your calendars every first Sunday of the month. 

There is also Sunday Social at the parish hall every Sunday, after the 9.30am mass. 

SISTINE CHAPEL REVELATIONS

An Event Not to be Missed!

On Tuesday May 19, the Year 5 and Year 6 went to see the Sistine Chapel Revelations. It was truly a wonderful experience for them to see and learn about the stories behind Michelangelo’s masterpieces.

We are indeed fortunate to have this world first, immersive digital recreation of the Sistine Chapel interior at a purpose built structure at our very own St. Mary’s Cathedral Forecourt. 

The exhibition will run until 19 July 2026.
