School Captains 2024

Hi Brunswick Secondary College students, staff and families -

We are thrilled to share the exciting news that we will be your School Captains for 2024. 

We believe our collective experience, goals, aspirations, and vision align perfectly with the values and spirit of our school community. 

Over the years we have been actively involved in various cocurricular activities, clubs and school events including the Gourmet Club, Sustainability Club numerous performing arts initiatives and much more. Our diverse experiences have shaped personal qualities that have helped to develop our strong leadership and communication skills. Together, we are committed to working productively to ensure every student's voice is valued and heard.  

Our primary focus is on promoting more student feedback and involvement within the school community. 

We aim for an environment of inclusivity and a strong sense of community, serving as advocates for every student's voice. Our goal is to continue the good work of a Student Representative Council (SRC) that will actively respond to the unique needs of our diverse student body. 

We aspire to be approachable members of the school community. 

We want every student to feel comfortable approaching us with any issues or ideas they may have. Our commitment is not only to ensure students are heard but also to make sure that they know that their Student Voice is genuinely valued. 

We are eager to enhance all students' school spirit and sense of belonging through active participation in Student Representative Council (SRC) and school events. 

Our demonstrated commitment to SRC initiatives reflects our dedication to making a positive impact on the student experience. At Brunswick Secondary College, we strive to create a collaborative and inclusive environment. We believe that by working together, we can create an environment where every student feels a sense of belonging and is encouraged to actively contribute to the school community.
