What a busy year it has been!

This term has passed by so quickly, beginning with Graduation, followed by the VCAA Examination period, then capped off by a very busy and successful  SRC Twilight Market. Now we find ourselves at the end of our final year at BSC, and having to say goodbye.

We begin by thanking our incredible SRC Team who have been so active and enthusiastic all year.  The SRC students were very motivated and fabulous at coming up with ideas, sharing duties and supporting each other  at every SRC event and activity we ran. We hope they all continue to enjoy representing their peers on the SRC, as they all have great individual talents and teamwork skills to contribute.  They are such a fun group, and we have enjoyed their company!

Thank you to the student body who have supported our events this year.  We are especially proud of our fundraising donation to help the victims of the earthquakes in Turkiye and Syria. This year, we have established an SRC Toolbox  on Teams - a collection of ideas and instructions that will help next year's SRC to run.

We also  thank Ms King for her support and guidance through the year - from helping to plan activities, to escorting students to the SRC Forum as well as giving us 'How to run a Market Stall' advice!

We have appreciated and enjoyed the privilege of being the 2023 School Captains, and hope that we have represented you well.  We warmly congratulate Tameka and Harry as they take over the roles, and wish the SRC, the students, staff and families of BSC the best for the future.
