Around The Primary
Dear Families
It's truly astounding to comprehend that another school year has drawn to a close! What a year it has been - filled with bustling activity, rewarding achievements, and enjoyable moments. This remarkable journey of 2023 has been made possible by the unwavering commitment and diligent efforts of our esteemed staff, the enthusiastic collaboration of our students, and the wonderful support from our families.
To all our students from Pre-Kindy to Year 6, it is now time to revel in your achievements! We are immensely proud of each and every one of you for consistently striving to reach your personal best.
This week our Year 6 students commemorated the conclusion of their primary education with a Farewell Mass, a delightful morning tea alongside their families, and a joyous pool party. We extend our heartfelt wishes for their happiness as they embark on their educational journey in secondary school.
We are truly fortunate to have an exceptional and hardworking team of educators in our primary department. A special note of appreciation goes out to all staff for their dedication in inspiring, supporting, and challenging our students. To all of you, I hope you enjoy a well-deserved break during the holidays. To our parent community, we extend our deepest gratitude for your support, kindness, and trust throughout the year.
May you all experience a joyful and holy Christmas. Wishing everyone a happy and rejuvenating holiday season.
Kind regards

Head of Primary
St Vincent de Paul
Thank you, the children, staff and parents for the overwhelming generosity in donating more than 80 bags of food and other Christmas delicacies for distribution to the less fortunate in the local community. We required 4 cars to take away the gifts! They have been sorted into individual hampers which we intend to give to 74 different households. It is unfortunate that the children don't get to see the gratitude which the recipients show. We do. Please convey our thanks to the donors and the staff who facilitated the collection.
God bless you all.
Merry Christmas from Henry Simmons

2023 Companions Yearbook
An early Christmas present has arrived! We hope all families enjoy reading ‘Companions 2023’. This College Magazine was distributed to the youngest student in each family on Wednesday. Families where the eldest child is in Pre-Kindy, have had their copy mailed to them.
