Public Education Week - 2025
3C are excited to share the art we have been doing this year.
Our art has been inspired by the books we read in English, the special places we learned about in Geography, and the creative skills we practised in Visual Arts.
We’ve worked hard and shown how we can ignite our potential by believing in ourselves and each other.
We hope you enjoy viewing our amazing pieces and feel as proud of our efforts as we do!
Our adorable baby fox artworks were inspired by the clever and creative world of Fantastic Mr Fox.
Our polar bear artworks were inspired by our English unit exploring the beautifully written and illustrated book Iceberg by Claire Saxby.
Inspired by the sweet, dessert-themed artworks of Wayne Thiebaud, we created our own tempting treats that look almost good enough to eat!
We looked closely at the shapes and details of bicycles, sketching them with care and creativity. Using watercolours, we added soft washes of colour to bring our drawings to life.
"And then music bloomed..."
Inspired by the book Piano Fingers, our artwork celebrates the magic of music and the joy of learning something new.
Our Uluru-inspired artwork was created as part of our geography learning about unique and special places in Australia.
Thanks for taking a peek at our artwork!
We had a brush-load of fun making them and hope they painted a smile on your face!
