Capital Works: 

A belated Christmas present to everyone: New electronic locking system has been installed on 13 gates and 2 doors (entry to primary from breezeway, and entry to foyer from primary corridor and should be functional in next day or two.  All staff will be issued with a Fob to activate the lock. Gates will automatically lock when shut. This should ease transition from one end of the school to the other.

Yaluk building is at lock-up stage and some hard landscaping (paths etc) works have begun. Some floor coverings have been laid and much of the painting has been completed. We are about to order loose furniture for the new building.

Welcome back everyone. 

The artificial grass in playgrounds has been groomed over the holidays and all the sand has been removed. Can staff please continue the great work from 2023 and put the sand back in the sandpits after each playground break? If brooms and dustpans are needed please log this on Maintenance and they will be purchased.

Remember to log any jobs for Maintenance on SharePoint. This will enable Jacob and I to schedule the works and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
