School Levies

School levies are now available to be paid via Compass. 

For Year 7 and Year 8 there will be a component for Curriculum Consumables and also Other Contributions. 

For Year 9 to Year 12 there will be a component for Curriculum Consumables, Other Contributions and electives.

Camp Sports Excursion Funds (CSEF)

Applications for CSEF are now able to be submitted to the department.  The funding for 2024 is $250.00 per student.  This funding can be used to assist with payments for camps, sports excursions, subject excursions and incursions. 

If you had an application in 2023 this has been rollover to 2024.  If you have a health care card and have not put in an application, or are unsure, please click on the link below.

DVC Sports Academy

If your child has been accepted in the DVC Sports Academy for 2024 the levies for the full year are:

Year 7 and Year 8 - $1500.00

Year 9 and Year 10 - $1250.00

Half of this levy was due by the end of 2023 to secure your child’s spot in the program, with the next instalment due end of Term 1, 2024.

If you have not paid any amounts towards this fee and you are wanting you child to participate in this program, 50% of this needs to be paid by Thursday 29th  February 2024.

Payments can be made by calling the DVC General Office, direct deposit into the school bank account (BSB: 063 594 Account No.: 1010 4663) or in person at the DVC General Office.

Note: If you are a family that has made other instalment arrangements with the DVC Office please disregard this message.

Instrumental Music Tuition

If you child has signed up to have Instrumental Music Tuition in 2024 the levy for this is $480.00 and $200.00 is the hiring of an instrument is required.

Term 1 of this tuition, $120.00, should have now been paid.  If you have not paid for this as yet, please ensure it is paid by Friday 19th February 2024.

Bus Payments:

Term 1 Bus Fees are now due. Payments can be made by calling the DVC General Office, direct deposit into the school bank account (BSB: 063 594 Account No.: 1010 4663) or in person at the DVC General Office.

With limited spots available on the school bus these payments need to be paid at the beginning of each term to secure your child/children’s spot on the bus. Nonpayment can result in your student's seat been given to a student on a waitlist. 

If your Child needs to travel on an alternative bus, a bus pass can be organised if there is a seat available and with permission from home. Bus Passes need to be organised by Recess on the day of travel and can be obtained from the General Office.
