SPC Pink Stumps Fundraising Day

The annual St Patrick’s College, Strathfield Pink Stumps Fundraising Day returns to Breen Oval this Saturday 17 February, as the First XI contests their Round 9 ISA fixture against St Stanislaus’ College.

As MIC of Cricket, I have sent out an open invitation to all staff, students from Years 5 to 12, and the SPC community to come down and support the First XI Cricket team in addition to contributing towards our cancer fundraising foundation, the McGrath Foundation.

On the day, the parents/carers of the First XI will be running a barbeque selling sausage sandwiches, cold drinks, pink cupcakes, and treats to assist with the fundraising. So, food and refreshments will be available while watching our talented and exciting First XI play in their final home game before the ISA semi-finals.

We encourage you to wear some pink in support of our cancer initiatives, and you can make a monetary donation on the day to the students/parents/carers walking around with buckets. There will be buckets around the barbeque area in the Year 12 Yard where you can also make a monetary donation.

Students - if you are displaying any pink attire, please ensure that you are also wearing your SPC supporter’s shirt.

If you are unavailable to attend on Saturday and would like to contribute towards the amazing McGrath Foundation and donate, please click on Pink Stumps Day 2024.

Look forward to seeing you on Saturday down at Breen Oval.
