Curriculum

With Term 1 learning now well underway, an important aspect of learning success and growth is your daughter’s organisation so that they are ready for each lesson and can maximise the learning in their classes. This includes having the correct resources and equipment, their laptop charged, and using the College diary to record key reminders such as homework and upcoming events. Parents can support their daughters by looking over your daughter’s diary to see what they are working on and any notes from their teachers. Should there be a note from a teacher, we encourage you to sign it so that we know you are aware of key messages to you or your daughter.
Year 11 have commenced their Stage 6 study with a much wider range of elective subjects. Some students have returned to school and adjusted their pattern of study, and these changes should now be finalised. Students who have external VET/TAFE courses will be able to drop one of their subjects at school in the next week.
Years 10-12 Assessment: Assessment plans can now be found on Compass under ‘School Documentation’. They are also linked below, together with the link for parents needing to complete an Illness/Misadventure Application for any absence affecting an assessment task.
