S3 Narrative Writing for the Writers’ Festival 

Students in S3 have been working diligently on their narratives for the Writers’ Festival. They have put their best foot forward to showcase their knowledge of figurative language, making their writing more vivid and engaging. As part of a fun and creative challenge, students were tasked with including a portal or magical doorway in their stories, a prompt that sparked some truly imaginative ideas.

Throughout the writing process, they have focused on planning strong story structures, developing interesting characters, and building tension to keep readers hooked. They've revised their drafts thoughtfully, incorporating feedback and experimenting with language to enhance mood and meaning. The dedication and creativity they’ve shown truly shine through in the final pieces they’re preparing to share.
