2024 SUNBURY SHOW PAVILION ENTRIES

 

Hello everyone,

 

A friendly reminder that entries for the Sunbury Show are now open.  In addition to this I have some exciting NEWS.

ALL entries to the Pavilion this year are free.  We are really wanting everyone to give this a go and try something new. These entries are for all our Cooking, Art, Craft, Horticulture, Knitting, Scrapbooking, Woodwork, Preserves, Fruit and Vegetable, Cut Flowers, and Photography.

Exhibit cards will be emailed to each entrant.

 

AS ALL ENTRIES ARE FREE FOR THE PAVILION THIS YEAR NO PAYMENTS NESSASARY

However, competitors may like to enter the poultry, pet parade, dog dash, or other fabulous things and payment for entries can be via credit card at the time of entering.

Please deliver to the Art and Craft Pavilion located inside the Showgrounds (Badminton Stadium)

THURSDAY 10TH OCTOBER 2024 between 4:00pm – 6.30pm

FRIDAY 11TH OCTOBER 2024 between 7.30am – 9.00am

Supporting 1st Gisborne Scouts - Silent Auction

We are excited to announce a special fundraising event to support the 1st Gisborne Scouts in attending the Jamboree 2025 in Queensland—a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our young scouts to develop new skills, form lifelong friendships, and create unforgettable memories. As part of our Jamboree fundraising efforts, we’re hosting a Silent Auction, featuring a wide range of items generously donated by local businesses and community members, to be offered to the highest bidders. From unique experiences to handcrafted goods, there’s something for everyone!

 

Event Details:

This is an online Auction hosted on Shout for Good platform.

Bidding Start Date / time: Wednesday 11th September 2024 9:00am

Bidding End Date / time: Sunday 22nd September 2024 6:30pm

How It Works: Simply browse through the items, signup and place your bids online. The highest bid at the end of the auction wins!  We will reach-out to all winners and co-ordinate distribution of prizes.  You can view items now however bidding will commence on Wednesday 9am.  Note - Winning bids must pay through the website within 2 days otherwise prizes will be given to the next winning bid - you will be notified via sms on your winning bid.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping our scouts attend the Jamboree, covering travel, accommodation, and other essential expenses. Your support will make a huge difference to our Scouts and provide a chance to take part in an incredible adventure.
