Term 4 Staff Shout-Outs 

The Parent Partnership Panel want to recognise the amazing contribution of Mt A staff, positively impacting the lives of Mt A students everyday. 

This is a new initiative that the Parent Partnership Panel anticipates carrying forward into the new year. Shout Outs will be collected and the Parent Partnership Panel along with members of the College Leadership Team will identify and reward the top “shout outs”. Whilst we cannot reward everyone, we do want to find a way to share some of these key “shout out” themes so that Mt A staff truly understand the value they add and how much we appreciate their dedication to the College.

These acts of recognition are not connected with other performance and recognition processes completed through the College. 

We are so pleased to share that over 60 shout-outs have been submitted over the last two weeks. Enjoy reading below!
