Founders Day Mass
Thank you to all families who were able to attend the Founders Day Mass on Sunday. It was a privilege to honour Monica and Shane who have given so much to our community. A special mention to our Year 6 leaders who were terrific in presenting in front of the congregation.
Ash Wednesday Mass / Project Compassion
Thank you to the Year 4 team for leading our Ash Wednesday Mass on Wednesday. It was a reverent service. We thank Fr. Michael Kelly for facilitating.
As we begin the season of Lent we ask our students to participate in Project Compassion. Project Compassion is Caritas Australia's annual Lenten fundraising and awareness-raising appeal. Project Compassion assists and empowers communities in Australia and all over the world by helping those in great need to shape a better future for themselves, their families and their communities.
Students are encouraged to do jobs at home to allow them to earn a few coins to place in the Project Compassion box. A terrific time of the year to encourage students to think about others. Thank you for your generation donations.
