SCHOOL EVENTS & NEWS

Seven years ago, a Year 4 student wrote a heartfelt letter to a Glenarm resident as part of a school project.  What seemed like a small gesture at the time, left a lasting impression—so much so that the resident kept the letter proudly displayed on his wall all these years.

Fast forward to Wednesday, 28th May: that same student, Seth, now in Year 11, had the chance to visit Glenarm as part of his school project for Health and Human Development.

Unbelievably, he was randomly allocated to meet a resident.... just happened to be the same resident he wrote to in Year 4, enabling him to reconnect with the man who never forgot his words. Geoff & Seth's meeting was filled with smiles, memories, and a reminder of the quiet power of kindness and connection.

Sometimes the smallest acts leave the biggest marks.
