Round Square Environmentalism

Last Term the Round Square Environmentalism group hosted the inaugural Uniform Exchange in the Anderson Foyer at lunchtime. 

The Environmentalism Group have had more donations and are hosting another sale on Friday in Week 3. We currently have 3 racks of clothes including academic uniforms, sports uniforms, and accessories. Any money raised will go towards environmental projects and initiatives around the school. 

This initiative allows the school to actively help combat the growing issue of landfill pollution caused by unused and discarded clothing. It also contributes to reducing the carbon footprint and chemical pollution associated with the production of new garments. By encouraging the reuse and recycling of clothes, the school promotes more sustainable habits among students and the wider community. This not only benefits the environment but also raises awareness about the importance of responsible consumption and waste reduction.
