I would like to thank Chia Sensei and Junko Sensei for covering my classes while I was away in Japan. With their support, students were able to begin their new topics for this term.

Foundation students have learnt how to say shapes (circle, triangle, square, star, diamond, love heart) in Japanese.

Year 1 & 2 students started to learn the story of ‘The Enormous Turnip’ in Japanese. They made their own origami turnips, and the results looked fantastic!

Year 3 & 4 students began learning about the seasons in Japan and created a poster showing trees in all four seasons. The posters looked beautiful!
