It's nearly Bookweek Parade Day!!!

On Monday morning, the 25th August, we will have our Book Week Parade. Students are invited to dress up as a character from a book. If your child finds this type of activity difficult, they may like to make or wear a mask. We have been discussing costumes during our Library Lessons so I hope everyone is very excited for Monday - including our parents and grandparents and carers.

We just ask that you use your parents' discretion in making sure that the outfits are age appropriate as it is a P-6 event and that any props are safe. (Please no guns, hard swords…we’d all like a fun celebration!

Our Library Leaders - Veronica and Anthony and our Senior Students have prepared wonderful celebrations for the whole school.

Parade Details

If it’s dry - 9:15, outside on the basketball courts

If its wet -9:15, parents if you could gather in the Gathering Space
