The Wonderful Work of Our P&F Association

I would like to share with all families the hard work of our school's P&F Association.

Currently we are a small group and we are always hoping that new families will join us for our meetings.  Our next meeting is the 1st September at 5.00pm.

Our meetings only run for the hour.

What does our P&F do?

Our Association works hard to raise money for all children to share. Biannually Stage 3 travel for their excursion and all bus costs are worn by the monies raised in our Canteen which is a sub branch of our P&F. This reduces the cost to all families considerably.

The P&F have recently agreed to fund the building of a storage shed on the western end of our school hall to store the left over chairs, stage and to provide a safe storage for our folding tables. Again this is a wonderful saving for all families of our school.

Our school is currently investigating the painting of murals around our school to brighten up our world which our P&F will again, no doubt help fund.

In years gone by the P&F helped fund individual chromebooks for all our students and the purchasing of beautiful promethean boards in all classrooms.

This year is our biannual Debuante Ball.  Again this is solely organised through our P&F Association and all monies raised will be given to our school for all students to recieve the benefit. We will be doing some shout outs for help as the time draws near. Please see the School News section of our newsletter for ways to help!

If you are interested in attending a meeting and are not sure how to go about it - please send me an email or ring the office and we will tell you all you need to know.  Why not come once and you will see it is a relaxed and enjoyable meeting.

Many of our members are in the last years of their commitment to our school and we really need to hand over the baton to our families coming along.

Maybe you could join our canteen roster and work with an experienced mum, dad or grandma. You will not be placed on canteen on your own unless that is your request.

Lets do this for our children!
