Dear RMPS Community,
🎡 The countdown is on to the Robbie Mac Twilight Fair!
The excitement is building as we are counting down to the Robbie Mac Twilight Fair – just 33 weeks to go until one of the most fun and festive afternoons/evenings of the year!
🙋♀️ We Need You!
We are still looking for a Setup and Pack Down Coordinator to help ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish. If you’re a planning pro or just love a good checklist, we’d love to hear from you!
We're also on the lookout for more sponsors and generous donors from our amazing school community. Whether you're a business owner or know someone who is, we are seeking:
- Monetary sponsorship
- Donations of goods or services
- Volunteers who can lend a hand with preparations or on the day:
- Do you or someone you know have a connection to an events hire company?
- Are you an electrician who can help us with testing and tagging equipment?
- Are you connected to a drinks company and can help us with donations of soft drinks or bottled water?
- Are you a photographer who can capture some memorable moments on the day?
- And anything else you can think of…
