RYDA ROAD SAFETY EDUCATION PROGRAM

Ryda partners with schools to equip students with essential road safety skills. The program integrates throughout high school using an inquiry-based learning approach, helping students develop as responsible road users both during school years and beyond.

Effective road safety education requires consistent messaging over time.

Ryda, developed by Road Safety Education Limited (RSE), complements the high school curriculum with a one-day workshop that establishes a foundation for understanding road safety concepts.

These workshops accommodate approximately 25 students per session and are facilitated by trained professionals including police officers, driving instructors, and community specialists.

EDUTEST

After completing the initial Edutest assessment in Year 9, students completed a follow-up test to track their progress and measure growth over time.

These secondary assessments use the same rigorous standards but focus specifically on evaluating improvement in previously identified areas for development.

"The Edutest was a challenging but rewarding experience, that allowed me to test my limits and practice responding quickly to a broad range of questions. I enjoyed attempting the tests again and I look forward to seeing how I performed compared to my results in Year 8."
