Clappers Recognition

Recognition is an important part of our culture at TTC. "Clappers" are a fast and easy way to recognize your coworkers for helping you out or doing great work!

Clapper recognition posts are named for TTC's first president John Samuel "Sam" Clapper, who was known for caring deeply about the well-being of employees. It takes just a minute to create a Clapper, but the effects on morale, relationships and performance are long-lasting.

(Note: The "Title" of your Clapper is the headline/subject of the Clapper, not the title of the person you're recognizing.) Emails are sent to Clapper recipients and their managers.

For help creating or editing a Clapper check out "How Do I..." for Clappers.
