Celebrating Students

It's always exciting when our students achieve milestones outside of school. Since 2024, one of our Year 10 students, Caylee, has been travelling Australia competing in darts tournaments that are highly ranked internationally. She has been competing against some of the toughest competitors in the sport. 

Recently, Caylee has competed in the Australian Junior Darts Championships in Forster, NSW, where she was the Girls Youth Doubles finalist with her partner Ziva. During this week Caylee hit two 180s - which is one of the highest scores. The Victorian team, which Caylee represents, made the finals for the Roy Christopher Fours.

About four weeks ago Caylee tried out for the Victorian State Juniors Team. During this try out, Caylee checked out 128 which is how you win a game in darts! Caylee then finished number one overall. We are thrilled to announce that Caylee was successful and has now been selected in the Victorian Junior Girls State team for Darts Victoria.

On Sunday Caylee competed in the Victorian State Championships. She won the girls singles and she and her partner won the girls doubles! Well done, Caylee, we are so proud of you!
