House Cross Country

The Brinbeal Secondary College House Cross Country will take place on Wednesday 24th April. All students will participate in a 3km cross country race - running, jogging or walking. The course will be along the Connaught Rd walking track beginning near the College.

Students are representing their Houses on the day. They are encouraged to wear a t-shirt/top in house colours. Runners and black tracksuit pants or sports shorts should be worn on the day.

Students must have returned the Local Excursion Permission form. This form covers local excursions, such as the cross country.

House Athletics Carnival

The House Athletics Carnival will take place on Wednesday 1st May. Our first Athletics Carnival will have a focus on participation and team spirit. All students will participate in a variety of track and field events, with optional events for students who wish to compete in longer track distances. Students will be competing for house points and the chance to represent the College at the Division Athletics later this year.

All students are encouraged to wear house colours for the day to show their house spirit. It is important to dress appropriately for the weather - brining warm clothing, a hat and sunscreen.

An event has been published on Compass and parents are asked to make payment ($15) and provide consent by Wednesday 17th April.

Parents will not be able to attend the Athletics Carnival due to Child Safety policies. We are inviting parents to join us at the College at 2:30pm for the ribbon presentation and announcement of the House Athletics winner.
