Before embarking on any international journey, whether for business or personal reasons, please notify the IT team and Angela Gasparin of your travel plans. This step is essential for several reasons:

 

1. Data Plans

By informing us of your travel, we can arrange suitable data plans that cater to your destination. This proactive approach helps us manage costs more effectively and ensures you stay connected without interruption.

 

2. Coverage Information

Not all geographical locations are covered equally by our current data plans. We'll provide you with vital information about areas where our plans may not extend, helping you avoid unexpected excess data charges.

 

3. Employee Responsibility

Understanding where and how your company-issued phone can be used internationally prevents surprises on your bill. In regions not covered by our plans, any excess data charges incurred will be the responsibility of the individual employee.
