Safety Cross 

All employees have been very proactive in safety across all Toro Australia sites. Many of you have encountered high turnover rates in staff which equates to your daily roles being even more demanding with extra workloads for yourselves and your staff, with it adding to time pressures, training new staff pressures, etc. 

The area of safety has been even more challenging during this period and it has not gone unnoticed. 

• Currently, today marks the longest period in days to go completely injury free across all Toro Australia sites, 130 days in total! 

Please keep forwarding Hazard Reports to your Manager or to Daniel Martin. Being proactive in reporting hazards and near misses prevents injuries from occurring.
